What brings me the most joy, second only to riding, is teaching and sharing my knowledge and love of horses in a fun yet progressive learning environment. I bring a positive approach to helping horses and riders develop the confidence and skills needed to progress with focus and harmony.  Each session is structured so you leave with clear takeaways and practical homework that will enhance your goals. 

CHD Cavaletti Clinics are designed to help horses improve rhythm, balance, and coordination through thoughtful pole work exercises. By using a variety of pole patterns, horses learn to engage their core, develop suppleness, and strengthen their topline, while riders refine the timing and effectiveness of their aids.

Cavaletti work is a valuable cross-training tool for horses of all levels and disciplines. My specific proprioception-focused exercises enhance overall performance by improving balance and elasticity, resulting in more expressive, confident movement. CH Dressage Clinics are built on a foundation of continual learning and a proven training methodology. I have dedicated myself to expanding my own education by consistently training with top clinicians, and this commitment directly translates to my teaching. The system I’ve developed provides tools and techniques designed to benefit every horse and rider, regardless of level, breed, or experience.

From Intro level to FEI, my teaching is focused on clarity, correct fundamentals, and developing connection and throughness between horse and rider.

Riders leave with actionable skills, practical exercises, and a deeper understanding of their horse’s strengths and weaknesses. Participants often experience:

My approach is positive, empathetic, and grounded in correct biomechanics, giving horses clarity in their work and riders confidence in their feel. Drawing on my trained eye and experience across multiple disciplines, I provide instruction with precision and insight, identifying target areas within the training scale to guide progress and development.

CHD Pony Club instruction combines fun, education, and progressive skill-building for riders of all ages and levels. Drawing on my own Pony Club experience as a USPC “A” graduate, I provide lessons that focus on correct basics, safety, horsemanship, and confidence. Riders learn to develop a balanced position, clarity of aids, and strong partnerships with their horses, while gaining a deeper understanding of USPC riding principles that will support them through the certification program and beyond.

Lessons are tailored to each rider’s goals, whether preparing for rallies, certifications, or personal growth, and are delivered in a supportive, structured environment.

I strongly believe in the value of Pony Club for youth development, teaching responsibility, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship. At CH DRESSAGE, we are committed to giving back to the Pony Club community by mentoring young riders, supporting their growth, and helping cultivate the next generation of confident, knowledgeable horsemen and women who will carry forward the values of the sport.
